Nintendo Switch Game Deals

You'll find an impressive number of Switch 2 games on sale this week. Assassin's Creed Shadows is just a few bucks away from its lowest price ever at $45 (was $60), Octopath Traveler 0 is at its lowest price ever ($40, was $50), and Yakuza 0: Director's Cut is just $30 (was $50)--which also happens to be its best price ever. You'll even find the popular Persona 3 Reload for $38.35 (was $60), so give it a look if you're interested in checking out the iconic JRPG on Nintendo's new-gen system. It might not be quite as flashy as it is on PS5, but no doubt it's a wonderful addition to any Switch 2 library.

And if you're yet to pick up Cyberpunk 2077, the open-world RPG is $58 (was $70). Since it's unclear if GTA VI will release for Switch 2, this might be your best option for an open-world crime spree on the handheld. It runs pretty well, offering a smooth frame rate and nice graphics (though don't expect it to look like it does on PC). But for Cyberpunk on the go, there's really no better choice.

Over on Switch, you can find Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake for $40 (was $60), Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury for $40 (was $60), and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (Digital) for $30 (was $60). Many of these are lingering Mario Day deals from March 10, so it's unclear how much longer they'll remain available.

While first-party Switch accessories rarely go on sale, plenty of great third-party gadgets are on sale this week. Folks looking for a new gamepad will find the PDP Afterglow Wave Wireless Controller for $40 (was $60), making it a nice alternative to the standard Pro Controller. Along with plenty of RGB lights, it features two programmable back buttons, delivers over 20 hours of play on a single charge, and is officially licensed by Nintendo. The Turtle Beach Rematch Wireless Controller is also $40 (was $60), offering a glow-in-the-dark design, two programmable back buttons, and up to 40 hours of battery life.

If you plan to travel with your Switch, we recommend pairing it with a durable travel case. This could be something small like the PowerA Slim Case for $10 (was $20), which is a good way to protect your console while it's stowed away in a suitcase or backpack. It's covered in adorable Mario-inspired artwork, making it surprisingly good-looking for a case this cheap. Or, you could grab one of the RDS Industries Game Traveler Deluxe Crossbody Bags for $20 (was $30). These come in both horizontal and vertical formats, feature a padded pocket for the console, and offer enough extra space for some games, microSD cards, and other accessories.

To load up on tons of accessories in one fell swoop, the Next Ultimate Switch 2 Starter Kit is worth checking out. It's available for $20 and includes about $44 worth of items, including a travel case, textured thumbstick grips, a 45W USB-C PD vehicle charger, a glass screen protector, and a game case.

Best Switch Console Deals

While there aren't any truly enticing Switch 2 console deals at the moment, GameStop is offering 10% off preowned accessories with the purchase of a console. So if you're interested in picking up some used gear, it's not a bad spot to shop. As for Switch, the Switch Lite (Gray) is $180 (was $230) at GameStop, and a refurbished Switch OLED Model is $270 (was $400) at Best Buy.
